A huge congratulations to Claire on an incredibly well deserved achievement.

When we launched as a depot in June 2023, we started from zero input. Fast forward to today, and we are now collecting around 3,000 pallets per month. That level of growth does not happen by chance. It takes focus, resilience, strategic thinking, and relentless hard work.

Claire has played a phenomenal role in transforming this area of the business. Her dedication to building relationships, developing accounts, and consistently driving new opportunities has been instrumental in achieving this growth. Turning a zero base into a thriving, high volume operation in such a short space of time is an outstanding accomplishment.

Recently, Claire attended the Palletways UK Palletopia Commercial Workshop, an event tailored specifically for Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and commercial colleagues across the Palletways network.

The workshop provided a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow members, share experiences, and exchange ideas on how best to support both new and existing customers. Sessions explored the full range of services available across the network, including same day collections, international imports and exports, direct loads, bay clearances, and much more. The day reinforced the strength of the network and the importance of working closely with neighbouring members to deliver comprehensive logistics solutions.

To top off an already successful event, Claire was honoured with a regional service award. This recognition reflects not only her individual performance, but also her commitment to service excellence and the standards we uphold as a depot.
