We are looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Driver to support our trunking and network operations. You will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of palletised freight between depots, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times.
The Role
Carry out trunking runs between network hubs and partner depots
Ensure all freight is secured safely and transported in line with regulations
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Maintain accurate delivery and collection paperwork
Represent Pallet Network Solutions professionally at all times
Comply with all driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations
The Person
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Experience in palletised freight or trunking preferred
Good understanding of driver hours and compliance
Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge of UK geography and transport planning
Previous use of logistics or routing software
